We in the process of seeking approval to provide continuing education classes about taxation for many licensed professionals. If you are interested in having Montoya Tax US provide a continuing education class, feel free to contact us. Unless otherwise noted, we will charge $10 per credit hour per person.

This course covers some of the basic tax issues a landlord should know before renting out property they own. Topics include the common pitfalls a landlord would make in not properly reporting income, misclassifying expenses, or missing limitations on deductions!

This course addresses the basics of an IRS Audit, including how a tax return is selected for audit, as well as the kinds of records a business needs to keep, and what you need to know before you “write off” business expenses.

This course addresses subjects ranging from how business tax works, to how entity types (such as LLCs or S-Corporations) affect tax, to IRS audits, proper record-keeping, and proper ways to “write off” business expenses. This course combines the Tax Pros, Tax, & Entities and Audits, Records, & Write-offs courses into a single program.
